Your client hands you a join code, and you're inside the case: every message with delivery and read receipts, every journal entry locked at the moment it was written — with time, GPS, and witnesses — every expense and document, already organized and exhibit-numbered.
Twenty-eight defined roles, each reaching only the sections it needs — enforced by the database, not the interface. A GAL cannot query the support ledger; a forensic accountant cannot open therapy notes. Every look is logged.
INSERT-only records with content-derived integrity seals. What your client shows you is what opposing counsel gets, is what the judge sees.
One printable packet, lettered A to G: messages, journal, calls, plan compliance, support, expenses, and a document index with chronological exhibit numbers. Expense ledgers export separately as CSV.
Nothing, today. Rheya is in early access and every part of it is free while it is. The pricing below is what we intend to charge when billing opens, published early so you can judge whether it works for your practice before you invest any time in it.
All of it works today and is free during early access. Exhibit numbers stay scoped to each matter on purpose — a bundle numbered continuously across unrelated families is a bundle a clerk sends back.
A parent never has to pay to build or export their record. When paid plans open, a client who upgrades will pay once for the family — not per parent, so the other side cannot block it by refusing to subscribe.
That structure is the point, and it is why we would rather publish it now than surprise you with it later.
If your client is proceeding on a fee waiver, Rheya stays free for them when paid plans open. You will not have to choose between the client who can document their case and the client who cannot.
A client who stops paying keeps their record — readable and exportable, permanently. No discovery deadline was ever met faster because a vendor locked the file.
The pattern is the case.
Rheya keeps it on the record.
No waiting list. Look around the whole product now; when a client invites you, their code drops you straight into their matter with exactly the access they chose.

Rheya is a record-keeping tool, not legal advice.
